      How far in advance should I book a chauffeur?
      For airport transfers we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, though we regularly accommodate same-day requests. Weddings, tours and group charters are best reserved one to two weeks in advance so the right vehicle is available.
      Do you track my flight if it is delayed?
      We follow the flight from departure and move the pickup to the actual landing time, early or late. Delays outside your control carry no extra charge, and free waiting time is counted from the moment you land.
      What areas around Melbourne do you cover?
      We cover all of Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria, including Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine), Avalon Airport, the CBD, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Geelong, Ballarat, Daylesford, Phillip Island and the Great Ocean Road.
      How many passengers and bags can you carry?
      Economy and Business Class each seat up to four passengers, First Class up to three, and Enthusiast is quoted for two. Our van and group vehicles carry larger parties, and coach charters are arranged on request. Tell us your passenger and luggage count and we will assign the right vehicle.
      Can you provide child and baby seats?
      Infant, toddler and booster seats are $5 per seat, per journey. Note the ages when you send your booking so the right restraint is fitted before pickup.
      How quickly will I get a quote?
      Most quotes go out within the hour during the day. Anything that lands overnight is answered first thing next morning.
      Will I know who is picking me up?
      Your chauffeur name and vehicle registration reach you before pickup: the evening before for early starts, at least an hour ahead otherwise.
